Our goal is to help faith based organizations establish credit unions that will offer banking and financial services to the members of faith-based associations throughout the United States. Our organization will be a vital proponent in the advancement of the Kingdom of God.

Business Philosophy:

The need for this type of credit union stems from a lack of financial institutions that understand the unique financial needs of people of faith. A basic principal of the believer is tithing. Your credit union will not only provide resources for the member but attempt to educate them on investment basics and provide an opportunity to benefit from low rate lending. Your credit union will consider the member's tithing consistency, upon his/her request, as a basic show of credit union worthiness as well as the traditional credit analysis system. This method of lending to credit union members is unprecedented.

We have chosen to establish a credit union instead of a conventional, for profit institution due to the lower operation costs. This will assist in offering competitive loan and savings rates. Credit unions are based on a one-member, one vote structure, which gives the members the power to direct the credit union policy in effort to truly meet their needs. A credit union's sole responsibility is to service its members, the depositors. The volunteer board that runs the credit union is elected by the members.

Your major competitive strengths will be the use of a member's tithing history as a means of incentive in their accounts versus the traditional use of minimum account balance.

Company History:

Founded in 2003 by Christi-lyn Seay, BHW is headquartered in Miami, Florida. Mrs. Seay was given this vision three years ago. As a financial advisor for 13 years, Mrs. Seay holds four securities and three insurance licenses. As a branch manger for the financial services division of the IBM Southeast Employees' Federal Credit Union in Boca Raton, Christi-lyn learned key elements and strategies to operating a successful credit union.

The product of a Christian upbringing, Christi-lyn is blessed to know how God's word can truly enhance your spirit, your life and your finances. Her father is an associate pastor at Hawkinsville Baptist Church in Chattanooga, TN. Her mother is a choir director, evangelist and "mother" to the church body.

Mrs. Seay and her husband are members of Jesus People Ministries in Miami, Florida. Her family is fed His Word through Bishop Isaiah Williams. This full Gospel ministry has thrived under His anointing.

The BHW family is a team of professionals located in various parts of the country. Each representative and staff member has a deep passion for God's anointing and this ministry.

By His Word enforces a strict policy to honor our client's privacy. It is not our practice to divulge the names of any of our clients. We can share with you the nature of the projects that we are currently working on. We have several multi-million dollar loan projects in Florida, Georgia and Texas. Our firm is currently assisting faith-based organizations in Texas and Florida with the establishment of a credit union.
